By using findrefcode.com ("FindRefCode", the "service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What FindRefCode is
FindRefCode is a community platform where users share referral and promo codes, vote on them, and report whether they worked. Codes are submitted by users, not by us. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the brands whose codes appear here unless explicitly stated.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old (18+ for most referral offers).
- One account per person. Accounts created to manipulate votes or farm karma will be removed.
Posting content
- You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute it on the service.
- Only post codes and links you are entitled to share, with accurate descriptions of the reward and its conditions.
- Prohibited: spam, misleading or expired codes posted knowingly, phishing or malicious links, vote manipulation, scraping at scale, impersonation, illegal content, and attempts to bypass rate limits or security measures.
- We may edit, remove or refuse any content, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.
Referral offers are third-party offers
Rewards, amounts and conditions are set by the brands and change without notice. A code that worked yesterday can be discontinued today. We display community feedback ("% worked") as-is and make no guarantee that any offer will pay out. Always read the brand's own terms before signing up. Nothing on FindRefCode is financial, investment or legal advice.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from third-party offers, and our total liability for any claim is limited to €50. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
Changes
